BrainWave Generator File, created with version 3.1 @sleeping kestrelv0.5nd hyper knowledgexS6zM(#m|EBkgnd.dllsshort.wavnWave Generator\Ironballs-sshort.wavStart segemt is made using a total of four voices. Voice 1: Starting at 11.8hz dropping over a 5 minute period to 7.3hz then gently rising over 20 minutes to 7.9hz then very gentle drop over 12.5 minutes to 7.2hz then 70% sweep to 3.hz to 50 mins. Well 11.8hz is inside the natural waking state of fully alert so we bring this down smoothly down over 5 mins to 7.3 (at the moment we are just taking the edge off every day) into a healing state where we then raise it to 7.9 still keeping it in the healing state but skirting through to ESP levels and meditation then gently down through to REM (THETA) sleep before lowering ourselves fully into 3hz deep sleep. Voice 2: Constant 3.5hz full 50 mins So we are hitting the brain with a low theta range straight form the outset. Remember that the brain is still brimming with everyday information so we are getting it ready for full deep sleep early. The brain knows it's there so is aware form the begining what we are trying to do, so no suprises also according to reasearch is normally only seen when asleep. It really seems to make me tired and drift off much quicker. Voice 3: Starting at the 8hz dropping to 5hz with 70% sweep weight over 2.55min then rising back to 8hz over the next 4.95 mins then constantly rising back 8hz over 5 mins and lower down to 5hz. Untill at 8hz on 37.5mins it then lowers over the 12.5mins to 5hz. Pulsing from 8hz down to 5hz and back up. Although we are supposed to relaxing I find that we need to keep the brain actively listening for difference otherwise we start to wander. 8hz is relaxing and pulsing through to 5 and back in every 5 min period is taking in a lot of frequencies for healing and relaxation, although short bursts they are duplicated in the other voices. But the only reason set up is to keep things interesting for the brain and to aid relaxation. Voice 4: Starting at 159.1hz and rising to 164.4hz sweep weight of 30. I like this. It adds weight to the composition. but also reading that 160hz releases 5-hydroxytryptamine - (a neurotransmitter involved in e.g. sleep and depression and memory) so we start just before to ensure built up in readiness and it does'nt seem correct to just go straight in (i know playing with unknown value of 159.1hz - But it does seem to work) through to 164.4 which I find helps with the relaxation of the body. Middle Segment Voice 1: starting at 3hz dropping to 1.4 after 22 mins then down to 0.6 at 45mins the upto 1.4hz 67.5 an finishing on 3 again. brain has 40 mins between 3hz and 2hz relaxing the internal organs whilst still in delta and also 45 mins at 1.4hz and below (deep, deep relaxation) Voice 2: 3hz dropping to 0.5hz over 45mins then back up to 3hz over the remaining 45mins. Starting off from where "Start" voice two ended at 3hz in we are in the delta range now - even though at this range we should be totaly asleep we are going to make sure and take us very low to 0.5hz so gradually over the 45 mins we drop to 0.5hz then the remaining 45mins we build back up to 3hz. We may not be aware of the lowering but we may as well keep the brain focused on something just incase it can pick this up. End Segment: Voice 1: Starting at 3hz and rising (sweep weight 65) over 22.5 minutes to 8hz then rising (sweep weight 35)over the next 22.5 minutes to 12hz We need to take you out of the delta range and into the alpha so we gently take you through the theta range and gently over the 45 minutes onto the middle of the alpha range. Voice 2: Starting at 3hz and dropping to 1hz then slowly dropping to 0.5 after 27mins to 8hz over the remaining 18 minutes Brain hz are still very low in voive 2 but remember that voice 1 is "waking" it up, just atempting to slow the "waking" like in voice 1 we are re-instating the fact that we need to awaken the brain's activity.
