Commercial and/or clinical use

Anything that cannot be categorized as strictly personal use is called commercial and/or clinical use. This includes, but is not limited to:

Creating tapes, CD's, MiniDiscs, DVD's or any other media with BrainWave Generator output, and selling them.
Having sessions with patients where they listen to BrainWave Generator output (directly from BrainWave Generator, or from tapes, CD's or any other media).

Commercial license

You can purchase a license that covers all kinds of commercial use of BrainWave Generator for $500. The license is not time-limited, meaning that you will have to pay the $500 only once.

Purchase BrainWave Generator Commercial License

The commercial license is still a single-user license. If your company has several people who are going to use BrainWave Generator for production use, you will need to purchase a separate commercial license for every one of them.
