This is a relatively good preset. A feeling of focus is attained after using this preset. Thoughts come more clearly and are distinct. More 'waking' energy with a loss of that 'drowsy mind' feeling. Enjoyable and short. Worth a listen.

Good preset. I use it when I am tired. It works very well as far as clarity and focus of mind is concerned. On purpose i tried on a 1st day of a month when i have to inventory for the companie. I slept only 3.30 hours and put ther preset for an hour. I was very tired. During the day I made no mistake though. Very good job.

I have taken this preset to the next level, after making a tape recording of phronimos, filling a 1 hour tape. I use it in my car tape-deck. After driving a few hours I get a little drowsy at times. This preset helps out after playing it, but it does take about 10-15 min.s before I wakeup. Seems to work only for no more than two hours, after which I get drowsy again. Not a replacement for sleep.

seriously man this is good .. my hand writing improved soon after i listened to this, though it was not a permanent effect..
