what does it mean to dream that i am looking in the palm of my hands,while dreaming,and to be aware tha i am looking in my hands and that i am dreaming?

I believe it was in "The Teachings of Don Jaun", I can't recall the authors name, he talks about the method. While dreaming, try to look at your hands, then look around and try to retain control of your dream, if you start to lose it look at your hands again, repeat as necessary. It's a method of controlling your dreams, it's called Lucid Dreaming. The goal is that eventually you can do whatever you want in your dreams.

Hi, so far, if anyone is able to see their own hands in a dream, they should be able to control the dream, by this I mean to direct your dream, what to do , where to go (if you know what I mean when I say "GO"). It whould be a good idea to read some of the books written by CARLOS CASTANEDA, as suggested by jeff, you will find there why is so important to be able to see your hands in dreams and if this presset helps to get to that state of mind, everybody should try it will help out to get a more meaningfull life.

I just got the bwgen and I am very excited to use it. I had a dream go lucid once. It was an experience I will never forget. I would love some suggestions on how to get started and what some good presets would be. I am very interested in finding an alternative to pschadelic drugs, as they are damaging, but I like their affects.
