I came up with this idea from a frequency list from spiritweb.com

I have tried to put this out in a diagram but it's kind of confusing but to make it short it goes from 23hz to 1.0 hz in 30min and then back to 23hz to 17hz...

along the way it stays in 13hz, 9hz, 5.5hz, 3.5hz, for a little while and stays in 1 hz for 10 minutes, and then back to 3.5hz, 5.5hz, 9hz, 13hz, 23hz, and then 17hz... this is the drives of this preset

13.00 Hz - 30.00 Hz is the NORMAL awakened, daily functioning state.

9.00 Hz Awareness of causes of body imbalances and means for balance.

5.50 Hz Moves beyond knowledge to knowing; shows visions of growth needed.

3.50 Hz Feeling of one with everything; accelerated language retention.

1.00 Hz Feeling of well-being; pituitary stimulation to release growth hormone; overall view of inter-relationships.

I tried it out, it's interesting...

especially the 10minutes of 1.0hz i experienced

-visions

-inner flashing of lights

-detachment from body

-sinking, and floating sensation

-some clairaudience

-a moment of bliss

-insights

-moment of oneness with all

How is this preset different from the Illumination preset?

it's ALOT different, i messed up and sent the wrong description
here is an overview hopefully they will fix the comment...

it starts at 18 hz, to 33 then to 35, then 55, then 108, then 172.06, back down to 108, 55... at 20min it peaks at 172.06hz and remains at that frequency for about 6-8minutes

here is a description of the frequencies

18.00 Hz - NORMAL awakened, daily functioning state.

33 Hz - Hypersensitivity

35 Hz - Awakening of the chakras

55 Hz - Awakening of Kundalini

108 Hz - Total Knowing

172.06 - Cheerfulness, clarity of spirit, cosmic unity on highest levels

I wouldn't use those higher frequencies as binaurals - I don't think it's dangerous or anything, but you might get better results generating those as the audible tones for the binaurals, rather than the binaurals themselves. The general rule of thumb for binaurals seems to be 40 HZ or so as the maximum.

I kind of felt like the tantra preset. Only better!!!
The topfrequency somewhat surprised me....
Usually I don't use presets that go beyond 40 hz :)

Hmm it says "Preset To complex" :\ - what am I doin wrong? After this error my computer has no memory left even to opem WinAmp or any other application.
I got 1.2GHz proc with 256 DDRRam so this should be ok!?

Many people say the kundalini frequency is bad for those who aren't ready for it. So don't go insane.

Here's a neat experiment. With this experiment, you become a part of the radiation of your house wiring. If you're psychically-sensitive enough, you may even be able to find your keys!

Use two or three stages of a CD4049 or CD4069 hex inverter chip configured as a linear amplifier with its input hooked-up to the earth ground of your home (that little screw that holds on your light switch plate) through a capacitor. Sounds hard, but this is as easy as Lego or an Erector Set. If you use one stage or three stages, then the output through another capacitor to your headphones will be out-of-phase with (meaning the opposite of) the 60-hz radiation of your home. If you use two stages, then the output to your headphones will be in-phase and you would just be listening to the regular hum of your home's electrical radiation.

Better yet, add handholds, like with a Dr. Hulda Clark Zapper, and cure yourself of diseases like cancer, HIV/AIDS and some forms of diabetes, all safely driven by the waveform of your house wiring!

I was going to try this preset, but than I started reading about the effects of opening Kundalini, and I became hesitant. Has anyone out there experienced an awaking of Kundalini, and if so, were the effects negative?

Yes Cautious. I have. It slowly happened each evening after work. First all of my chackras would open untill the crown would buzz. Colors got bright, I felt as if I had trandencental knowledge. Every night this grew for about 3-weeks to a month along with strange dreams and waking up at all hours of the morning. At first it was okay, everything was bliss. Then I had mood swings from sad to mad. (they went away along with anxiety). The bright colors and heightened awareness were okay, but became very overwhelming to the point where I thought I would loose my mind as if I were on drugs all the time. This passes.

I wouldn't recommend raising kundalini unless you are prepared and of utmost integrity or it can bite you. I wish I could give a better and longer answer but I have family from out of state and they are all bouncing around me.

I had a bad experience with kundalini after a week or so of pranayama (yogic breathing technic) and I got really nervous and didn't know why I could not handle my feelings like I wanted until I understood that it was the kundalini. I had thingling/burning sensation all along my spine and the little burning was transfered from my back to my front. So of course I stoped the breathing technic and everything is back to normal. But I DON'T believe kundalini awakening has to be a bad experience, it's a powerful energy so you have to be prepared to handle this.

1.One has to be a naturally spontaneous person.
Many people have too many blockages or limiting beliefs like those of cause and effect, practice/result. It's beyond that.
2. One has to be selfless and expanding on selfless Dream, from point of oneness into selfless Action - making a difference.
3. Kundalini is raised by Grace, you have to accept it as gift from above, not your achievement, it's just is, because it is, it is causeless.
4. Often power mad people get jealous about Kundalini power and get into this business, the truth is - Power to control is a low life activity, it just the stage in appreciation of timeless beauty and selfless Love, so Knowledge comes along this path and Knowledge invokes Super Power or super performance that makes some uninitiated extremely jealous and they try to attempt it from the point of low frequency just to discover that you can't handle higher frequencies with lower. You have to access higher frequencies of causeless and selfless - of Grace, and then lower powers will rush upwards all the way along your spine to nourish your brain.

It's a unique philosophy, where some people are are natural at it, but most have to learn the spirit of it, not just technique, but this is the right time as we live in times of awakening.

This was good. I read what Mike put and i did experience some of those things. I listened to this while meditating and through the whole thing i felt these things:

-heart beat got louder in my ears and then felt like the whole room was beating with my heart
-body went really hot and then back to normal about 3 times
-had vision/hallucination of a person (or being or something) open up a door into the middle of the universe and then i walked through and started meditating in it
-spontaneous thoughts(now forgotten)
-intensified sexual desires
-headaches
-numbness or deep relaxation in left arm, hand and leg
-sound of water dropping in a puddle(echoing)

i experienced these mainly after about 12-15 minutes into.
