14+22 WITH 8 DROP
This preset contains a binaural that periodically alternates between 14 and 22 HZ - in studies, this combination helped to increase grades in a test group of students. (It's very good for concentration and staying alert.)
I also include a brief drop to 8 HZ every ten minutes - just to give a quick mental refresher.
[note to self - try using 6 HZ instead of 8HZ for this] Submitted: 06-Oct-2002 by

What studies? this stuff is all quite vague. I am beginning to think this is all a bunch of crap.

Dear fellow Brainwave Generator users, I have been routinely converting the wav files (prepared in Brainwave Generator) into mp3 files, to play these with my mp3 audio player. I am using Blaze Media Pro version 7. The program prompts me to choose a conversion frequency (Hz) from a list of six options (i.e.16k, 22k, 24k, 32k, 44k, 48k) before proceeding with the wav to mp3 conversion. I have been arbitrarily selecting different frequencies without noticing any difference in quality of the mp3 files thus prepared. However, I was wondering if choosing a certain (fixed) conversion frequency has any affect on the binaural frequencies that the sound file is supposed to generate. If so, please advise me as to how I may convert the files into mp3 without affecting the binaural frequencies. Any advice in this regard is appreciated.

I have been listening to this preset while studying for almost a week. I think it has improved my attention a lot. What do you guys think? Kudos to Michael Triggs. |

I have been surfing onilne greater than three hours nowadays, yet I never discovered any interesting article like yours. It is pretty price enough for me. In my view, if all website owners and bloggers made excellent content material as you probably did, the net might be much more useful than ever before.
