So i listened to both of it (first: 16 minutes, the second: 6 minutes) As i listened to the presets i couldnt focused my eyes on things so good and muscles all over the body started to twich (not much but enough to recognize it) After the "session" i felt a bit drunk but not very much. I head to walk downstairs and had fear to have halluzinations or so. I drunk a glass water and had a few pain by swallowing. Not much effect but maybe its because i used cableless headphones... ps: excuse my bad english (is it bad?) i'm from germany and, yes we have computers :D |

So if I used this file with the first one, how long should I do each one? Wich one should I play more? Like do I do 10 minutes of the first one and 5 of this one? Is there a ratio on huch of each one?

I was listen to it for: 1st part: 16 minutes 2nd part: 8 minutes And .. I felt nothing. I've just ended listening to it. Maybe something is different in my leg's muscles. But it's probably becouse I was sitting without moving. That's all. That was my first preset I listened to ever heh. Strange voices. Unfortunately nothing happened. I wish other presets will do something on me. Thanks anyway. |
