I misspeled this program is designed to reset your brain. Great program for after work it has only 2 frequency's 2 layers 12hz and 10 hz with ultra low pitches.

Gave me a bit more energy late at night when I was very tired. While I was listening, I was laying down in bed looking up at the ceiling. The ceiling light was changing in intensity right before my eyes. I don't know if this is because of the preset or because my mind is already messed up.

shit dude ive been in a restless beta all day and no preset has worked not this either. not even meditating without music. i feel a slight headache behind the eyes and i cant focus at all. anybody have any ideas?
