Very creepy. It mad my head shake and cough.I felt my heart get realy slow then i paniced and then i went into a panic attack.I would recomend useing this only for 5-10 minutes max Unless you want some wierd effects

I'm very skeptical about these programs after I listened to this preset for about 10 min I had to stop because I was having breathing difficulties ... the hearthbeat was still normal

Will, if your heartbeat slowed down this is not usually a panic symptom, so it sounds funny that it lead to a panic attack.

If my heart started to slow down and I would start to cough I'll probably get a panic attack.

all this made m do is become tired and my skin turned whiteish...more then normal...weird

i just got really cold after listening for a little bit, like goosebumps and its kinda hard to breath.

Got really cold, and a noticeable drop in heart rate. Be warned though, don't use this if you have done alot of excercising or whatever. Your heart beats fast for a reason. Not getting enough blood to body parts (including the brain) can be permanantly damaging and definantly not good =P

Bored and looking for presets I dl'd this one. Now I'm at work, and work on an Ambulance. My partner was watching over my shoulder, he's a medic. So we did a little experiment. He placed me on the EKG (heart monitor) to get an accurate heart rate prior and during listening. It also helped him to see any arythmia's (bad heart rythms). Well after 15 minutes, my rate started at 86 normal sinus rythm. We watched the monitor. Suddenly I became light-headed and I was told my rate was now at 74 after 5 minutes. I continued (hey, I'm in good hands, right?) after 10 minutes I dropped to 68 and started throwing PVC's like my heart wanted to sleep for a bit. I kept going (I should have stopped though, at my age, PVC's are not good). After 15 minutes my rate actually stalled at 66-68 and I developed extended qrs waves. Needless to say I needed a break. Wicked tone, I loved it, was a great experience. Cheers!

anyway.. what does this preset can do good?
