Chakra Stimulation and Balance by Faded

This is a preset I put together to stimulate all chakras and balance them, along with a few other things. Schumann resonance included for grounding and centering, along with a double sweep into a constant 4.5hz frequency which is really nice for meditation, and then a third segment where the 4.5 goes back up to 15 as all the other voices fade out, returning you back to normal. I used a background I found from another preset which I liked. Thanks to tlahr3 for the background, and, as usual, http://www.geocities.com/rhinofoob/ for the frequency list. Detailed frequency list:

Segment A -

Voice 1 - 10 minute sweep from 14 to 4.5

Voice 2 - Mirrored 10 minute sweep from -5 to 4.5 to theoretically increase entrainment efficiency.

Segment B

Voice 1 - 4.5, meditative frequency, associated with shamanic states of consciousness. Audible pitch at 288, an octave of 4.5

Voice 2 - 35, Awakening of mid chakras, balance of chakras

Voice 3 - 8, Muladhara stimulation.

Voice 4 - 9, Svadhisthana stimulation.

Voice 5 - 10, Manipura stimulation.

Voice 6 - 10.5, Anahata stimulation.

Voice 7 - 12, Vishuddha stimulation.

Voice 8 - 13, Ajna stimulation.

Voice 9 - 15, Sahasrara stiimulation.

Voice 10 - 16.4, stimulates top of head/above head, effects are associated with spirit, liberation and transcendance. Audible pitch 194.71, associated with grounding

Segment C

4.5 sweeps back up to 15 to return you to a normal state of mind as all others fade out.

Interesting preset! I smoked a joint and kicked back while listening to this preset. I focused on the chant, and began to feel results of relaxation and enlightenment.
 
Yeah...there's no way those effects could have come from what you were smokin...it must have been the preset.

Hi,

when I exported it into a wav i made the length 25 minutes, i don't know if that will change the effect of it??

I tried this out last night, in the first 5-10 minutes i had the strangest feeling and the top of my head felt like something was crawling over it! i kept feeling my head to see if there was anything there but there wasn't! i've listened to other bwgen files and this is the only one that i've felt like this with...i noticed that the author of this preset has a voice that stimulates top of head/above head, perhaps that is what happened to me :) i eventually fell asleep so i don't remember listening to the rest of it but i could recall 3 dreams in the morning which was cool...i am hoping someone makes a preset that clears out the solar plexus chakra only as i've read that if it was blocked and then it gets unblocked you are more receptive to psi (i.e. telepathy) anyone interested in that area should try and get a hold of the book Beyond Telepathy, by Andrija Puharich (he is a Neurologist) it's an old book but very interesting

I use this preset to get into deep trance, not to AP but to talk more clearly with my guides, this really opens all the chakras for maximum energy flow and it makes me feel that I am somewhere else once it is in full effect about 45 min in.

wow great preset! it created a tingling sensation on my crown chakra (top of head) within minutes for the first time ever. i usually only get the tingling sensation on my 3rd eye. hopefully it will have an effect on my root chakra.... can any1 recommend a good grounding stone?
 
Chronosnull, the preset was intended to be listened to for the entire duration, however many times you feel like listening to it. It goes through a sequence for each chakra, in an attempt to harmonize them and maximize energy flow altogether at about 45 minutes or so, then drags you back up to where the preset began, a normal waking state of consciousness. In response to proparations, you should try any of the dark brown or black stones; onyx, obsidian and hematite work well for me.
