I wanted to create preset to activate the breath and i've succeed. I've noticed that 20 Hz BB makes me feel in my body that I want to breath but only want, not breathing. I've added 5.35 from Brainwave Frequency Listing to see what happen and it works - my body breaths and breaths and breaths ... (1.5h after 45min. session)

When one is in fear (stress) or depression or hopeless then one's breath is weak and shallow. So when you allow this preset to activate your breath - you will fell better soon.

Sorry I'm very new @ BWG, I'm not so good in telling by the preset settings what I can listen through speaker and what I have to listen through earphones. ...... ... ... So can I listen to this on speaker or do I have to listen to this through earphones?

Do it work ?

I have asthma and live in NYC where it is very humid and hot in the summer. Humidity is my trigger. I tried this brainwave and almost instantly was able to breathe alot better. I could actually inhale all the way without a puff. Amazing! It really works.

This one is just *gasps* AMAZING. my friend just introduced me to BWGen earlier tonight. I was fairly skeptic but extremely surprised at how well *this* one worked. I've been having some hard times and been rather depressed. but after having this play for (no idea how long, i let if on for awhile) I am feeling ten times better already. Thank you for making and posting this, from the bottom of my heart--THANK YOU.

I ve got big problems and very depressed, havr tried many bg presets without success. I ve used pills no success too... This one works for me me! It s a mistery for me.. It s like a rebirth. Big thanks for sharing it. Is has changed my life and sorry for my bad english ;)
