This preset is 60 minutes long and has 10 voices at 5% volume. The background is Heavy Rain at 100% volume. I listen to it at bedtime. So far I have had some really cool dreams, plus I feel more energetic and upbeat during the day.

The voices are as following:

1: 19 hz 2: 17 hz 3: 15 hz 4: 13 hz 5: 12 hz

6: 10 hz 7: 9 hz 8: 7 hz 9: 6 hz 10: 5hz
