A boxed sweep with 4 voices. First two voices stay at 15hz and slowly lower their volume, 3rd and 4th voices are boxed and sweep down to 5hz in 15 minutes , then alternate there sound volumes for 45 minutes.

This is a really powerfull preset to reach Theta BW states.
