My preset is combination of anti stress and growth hormone frequencies.

Segments are relatively short (5 min each) but you can make them longer, if you please. I think that it is better to leave non changing audible pitch, since every new stimulus (including change of intensity or audible freqency) can evoke orientation reflex (i.e. attention) and, accordingly, change brain waves back to Beta. Hope this would help.

I am listening to this preset for over a month. Sorry to say, there is no new hair growth to my bald scalp yet!!!

I am using it for a few days now, only 21 but suddering from an immense loss of hair yet, on the back of my head, and I don't know if its my imagination but Ive the feeling that it has positive effects ... Will keep you informed because its still early to conclude something, (listen to it for 30 miutes once a day, btw)

Here I am again, used it for three weeks, every day half an hour and nopw new hair grow on the bald spots... needless to say, I don't believe brainwaves can cure such things

Am using this preset for last two months. for 1st month i didn't noticed any significant hair growth while listening at night (2 hr per session & 4 session per week). at the end of the month i noticed the wrinkles under my eyes were disappearing. wow. now i am happy to find new juvenile hair growth on my male pattern bald head. what kind of hormones your preset will growth? Is this a testosterone? Testosterone reduce hair structure and metabolite prolong hair loss. Maybe you can create estrogen high level up? p.s. i don't care about breast growth like women type. All i want - prevent hair loss and m.b. estrogen treatment
