I tried it for a brief period, 15 mins. I felt something was happening felt something around where my third eye is surposed to be. Plus i felt tingling not that strong though. I will try later on for longer to see if i get any other results.

This is very interesting as "art". I myself don't like it because it makes me think of marching soldiers and war so I do not get benefit. I recommend for people who like clever or unique sounds.
