Full Spectrum Descent

The Peak Frequencies used are as follows:

SMR - 12.7Hz

Alpha - 10.3Hz

Theta - 6.3Hz

Delta - 1.3Hz

Carrier Tone starts at 700 and ramps down to 65 (this was chosen by BWGen)

I begin at 14Hz ramping down to 12.7Hz

Then ramp down to 10.3Hz and holding there

Down to 6.3Hz

Finally to 1.3Hz for the remainder of the session

I have also added stream as a background noise as well as white noise at 25% volume

Nice preset!

I had very vivid dreams using this. I was still enough all night to wake up with my headphones on.

How can i listen to this through my ipod?

This preset is very relaxing it was the first one ive used that really gave me vivid imagery before i drifted off to lala land.

Alex, on the bwg top menu, click wave, then from the drop down menu go to the bottom and click 'play intro.wav file' which will convert it to a wav file which you can upload to ipod.

Hi, can I play this over speakers? or is it in stereo, because sleeping with earphones is not that comfortable to me

I tried this when I was going to bed and I must say that it made me fall asleep at the beginning. But then the sound diametrally changed I just woke up because of the sound. Then again the sound made me sleepy and one more time I can't slept anymore at some point of this weird preset just like in a cycle The whole day I was cloudy

Thanks, Aday. It's great that someone still cares. It has been quite sad to watch this site slowly deteriorate.

That's super Aday. You have a nice looking site there. It would be nice for the new site to have a new BWG program to go with it. One that is totally open source so it can be open for developers to improve. If anyone decides to start such a project, I hope you are writing a new BWG proggy in either Visual Basic or even Visual C++. Yeah, this site has been overran by spam. Someone much be there at the bwgen.com site as someone must be taking money for anyone buying this program.

heheh.. It be great if i could "just write one" Only issue is, My coding ability is fairly limited to just PHP, I have not really touched on that sort of development work, Maybe once this new site is completed, and we start to come back to life as a collective. There might be some people out there willing to commence such an app. Time will tell, Thanks for everyones support I've given the bwgen.aday.net.au a countdown to launch... Agreed about the spammers what a pathetic choice to spam this place - Such a waste of time (I mean this in terms of this being a great place and the spammers not benefiting from this in any way) And yeah it's really great to see this place still alive :-D Keep up the great work this preset was fantastic! ^^

Can anyone try to convert these presets to .mp3 format so i can listen 2 it on my mp3 playa?
